Another change that will take place is our payment and bill pay options. Mike’s is going GREEN and making efforts to reduce undo paper usage to keep our costs down. You will now have three ways to arrange payment with us.
You may pay for the entire season prior to April 1st for a 5% discount. This includes customers on full maintenance (ex. mowing, lawn treatments, bush trimming all grouped together).
You may pay at the beginning of the month for your service for that month (this applies to maintenance customers only). We will invoice via email on the 1st and bill your credit card on the 2nd and email you an invoice marked paid with a credit card receipt. We currently invoice on the 1st, both via email and snail mail, and take check payments. We will no longer be taking checks in this manner.
You may select any service or services from Mike’s PLC and just pay as you go, no contracts, no nonsense. We will perform service (mowing, lawn treatments, pruning, mulching, etc.) at your property and charge your credit card only for the service or services performed on that service date the following business day, and email proof of paid invoice and your credit card receipt.
We will no longer wait until the end of the month, mail bills, and accept checks. By taking credit cards we are reducing delays in payments, eliminating paper, stamps, envelopes, and cutting back on printer ink. All of this allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Also, it allows you to get cash back and earn rewards on your purchase from us. We are completely CFPB compliant and all information given is safe and secure. It’s a win-win for everyone!
